About Us:

We’re shaking up the way big companies handle internal investigations and whistleblowing. Our platform is all about making things smoother and more effective for teams that deal with issues like fraud, conflicts of interest, and sexual harassment. We’re in the final stretch of validating the problem and are about to sign our first paid contract. As part of those contracts, we’ve also negotiated follow-up commercials that exceed £100k per client after the design phase. We’re also gearing up to raise an initial round of funding towards the end of the year, but we’re not going the full VC route—we’re confident we can hit profitability pretty quickly and scale sustainably from there.

• Problem Solver: You love cracking complex problems and coming up with smart, creative solutions.
• Good Vibes Only: We’re looking for someone we get along with really well. This is a long-term partnership, and having a great working relationship is key for the next few years.
• UK based: We're looking for someone based in the UK to ensure we can have regular face to face time.

Compensation:

• Equity: You will be a true Co-founder and equal equity share. 
• Salary: We expect revenue/funding within the next few months and will pay all founders a salary once there is revenue/funding.
