    Position Overview: As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist at Check the Charge, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others. You are only required to work 20 hours a week during weekdays.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist users in understanding and resolving unfamiliar charges on their statements.
    • Provide clear and accurate information about our platform’s features and functionalities.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate team.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes to provide accurate support.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
    • Proficient in using customer support software and tools.

    • Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
