About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product team and help us deliver our company mission: to give everyone access to human-centred welfare services.

You’ll be

• At the forefront of transforming little-changed welfare services like employment and housing with the latest technologies

• Responsible for leading the design of new products and features from concept to launch by playing a key role in shaping the future of our products

• A hands-on, experienced Senior Product Designer who loves working with a team to deliver truly exceptional products that drive measurable impact

• Part of our product team within Beam will mean experimenting, learning from our mistakes and successes, setting a sky-high quality bar for product, and influencing the strategic direction based on partner feedback and market demands

You are

• Humble, empathetic, hungry to make an impact

• Excited about the possibilities of tech and AI to bring change

• Collaborative with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the needs of users and business goals

• Excited about creating prototypes and mockups to visualize and test design concepts

• Up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
  
  You’ll need

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience with conducting user research and testing design concepts.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
