You’ll be joining a new team to create an AI-driven language learning app, giving you a chance to help shape it from the ground up. What you’ll do:

• Create intuitive, visually appealing UI/UX for Glite's app, ensuring an engaging experience for advanced language learners.
• Work with co-founders to align product vision and user needs, shaping design strategy.
• Develop design specs, wireframes, and prototypes to convey concepts effectively.
• Create content pages and social media assets to maintain brand identity across all platforms.
• Manage and direct freelance designers and contributors to ensure design work meets company goals and standards.
• Collect and apply user feedback and testing data to improve the user experience.
• Recruit and onboard new team members to support project needs and company expansion.

Skills needed:

• A strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs with complex user journeys.
• Experience in building and nurturing technological communities.
• Proficiency in design tools and methods to create user-focused solutions balancing innovation and practicality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an office-based team environment.
• A self-driven approach to challenges, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Prior experience with language learning apps or ed-tech design is highly valued.
• Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills considered a plus.
