    Troopr is seeking a passionate and creative Community and Social Media Manager to spearhead the growth of our online presence and engage with the Armed Forces community. If you thrive on fostering connections, creating engaging content, and building a vibrant community, this role is perfect for you.

    About the Role:

    • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:
      • Create and manage a comprehensive social media strategy focused on building and engaging Troopr’s community across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
    • Create Engaging Content:
      • Produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience. Whether it’s crafting compelling posts, creating videos, or curating stories from the community, you’ll be the voice of Troopr online.
    • Foster a Thriving Community:
      • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, questions, and messages. Build a positive and interactive online environment where members feel heard and valued.
    • Analyse and Optimise:
      • Monitor social media performance, analyse data, and identify trends to inform your strategy and improve content effectiveness.
    • Collaborate Across Teams:
      • Work closely with the Content Manager and other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and leverage content across multiple channels.

    You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

    • Experience in social media marketing or community management.
    • A proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
    • Proven experience in creating and executing content strategies, particularly on social media.
    • Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A passion for engaging and growing online communities.
    • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach.
    • An understanding of the Armed Forces community is highly desirable.
    • Experience in video content creation (filming, editing, etc.) is highly desirable.
    • A creative and strategic mindset.
