  • Role Overview

    As the Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with the founder to drive business growth and operational efficiency at Troopr. This dynamic role includes high-level strategic involvement, hands-on operational management, and the execution of key projects critical to the company’s scale-up. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, embrace diverse challenges, and be hyper-organised and proactive.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operations & Process Improvement: Streamline business operations, manage key processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Project Management & Reporting: Lead or support strategic initiatives, such as marketing campaigns and client management, while compiling and analysing reports, including client performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Marketing Support: Assist in managing the execution of Troopr’s marketing strategy across multiple channels, monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance, and deliver reports on key metrics. 
    • Administrative & Operational Support: Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, and communications, ensuring smooth operations. Oversee office management, provide administrative support, and assist with HR tasks like onboarding and record maintenance. Plan and execute team events and company functions to enhance team cohesion.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of key initiatives.
