We're looking for an energetic designer at Concrete - a collaboration app for big businesses.

If you love technology and want to better design how it helps people in their daily lives, this is a perfect opportunity. You'll be our first full-time designer, with a swathe of responsibility but also great support.

Who we are
We help people across the world be more productive at work through technology.

Our main product - Concrete - currently ties together tens of thousands of people in companies across the world to work together online. It’s used by big brand clients including M&S, Gap, kate spade new york, American Eagle and J Crew, to link their teams together to plan, manage and share their work in a social way.

We’re a team of 35 near Silicon Roundabout in central London, and growing fast.

Now we are looking to turn around the brand and get to the next stage.

What the role is
Your role will be to work with the marketing manager to build out Concrete into a global brand. You will be joining at an intensely exciting time, in an intensely exciting role, directly shaping the future of the brand.

Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the Concrete brand identity
- Build a delightful experience for clients & prospects
- Help create campaigns and collateral
- Ensure ease of use across product UI / UX with the product team

Skills required:
- Experience with Adobe CS or equivalent
- Comfortable designing for both web and print
- A strong sense of aesthetics and fun
- HTML + CSS desirable
- Video / animation experience desirable
- Illustration experience desirable
- UI / UX experience ideal but not essential
