The NOMAN is an Island Campaign is looking for a Corporate Partnership Manager to join in a part time capacity for 20 hours per week. We are willing to be flexible with those hours.
Based out of our Finsbury Park office, the candidate will be working in a small, close-knit team, responsible for identifying and maintaining a portfolio of corporate partners on an ongoing basis ahead of our events in 2015. NOMAN’s inaugural event, the Barcelona to Ibiza: Row to End HPV in 2013 raised over $1 million. You will be working within a HNW framework in order to develop NOMAN teams, and partnerships with luxury brands which ultimately will support the development of the NOMAN campaign for 2015 and beyond.
Rates: 20 hours per week. £33,600 PRO RATA + commission (TBD)
As the Corporate Partnerships Manager you will be aiming to develop marketing partnerships, gain corporate sponsors for NOMAN’s sporting events, and achieve great exposure for the charity and the brands you work with. This will involve targeting a pre-determined set of leads which you will be expected to call, in addition to investigating options to extend NOMAN’s network. You will work with the team to generate proposals and tailor quotes for specific clients, in addition to offering traditional sponsorship packages. As part of a small team you will receive some support in your duties, additionally you will also be required to occasionally assist with other duties to further the campaign.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous sales and account management experience within a business development role,
Strong commercial acumen and sales skills,
Ability to reach the targets they set,
A can do attitude, self-motivation and drive to further the aims of the campaign,
Professional manner and excellent organisational, communication and people skills,
Maintain high company standards in service and develop strong client relationships,
Strong presentation skills.
The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and be based in the London area in order to attend meetings, and work with the team in the office.

NOMAN aims to raise awareness about the current HPV-related cancer epidemic in men and women. The NOMAN campaign is the endurance and fundraising arm of the HPVACF, who are calling for universal HPV vaccination to end the 5% of cancers HPV currently causes globally. NOMAN challenges participants to extreme endurance races across the world. Since its inception in 2013, NOMEN have held an ocean rowing race from Barcelona to Ibiza, tackled the Dolomites in the toughest and most beautiful cycling routes as part of Cosaveli's Trois Etapes Giro, and broken the world record for the youngest crew to row the Pacific – 3,100kms of rowing over 50 days.
But NOMAN is more than a race: it is a call to action.
