Interim Recruiter (3 days a week)

We're looking for an Inhouse Recruiter to join our team on a 2 monthly rolling contract (3 days per week).

We require UI / UX Design and Product Manager Recruitment - this experience is essential

Based in Moorgate, London - This is an interim position (we need people available ASAP)

The Role

Providing assistance to our London office Recruitment Manager on all matters regarding recruitment. This includes but is not limited to:

- Hands on sourcing of candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, Linkedin etc

- Keeping our website up to date with live roles

- Conducting telephone screenings and shortlisting candidates for face-to-face interviews

- Admin: Booking interviews in hiring manager’s diaries, sending confirmation emails to candidates, arranging feedback sessions etc

- Working with London office Recruitment Manager to prioritise roles

- Working with hiring manager’s to gather feedback on recruitment process for continuous improvement

Recruiting predominately for: UX / UI professionals and Online/ Product Marketing Managers

Skills we need

- Experience of recruiting for UX / UI Designers / Product Managers (and as a bonus software developers and Business Intelligence professionals)

- High level of organisation - There are several roles across the business and this means a lot of interviews and candidates to co-ordinate

- Adaptability - We don’t believe in a 'one process fits all’ approach. Determine a suitable interview process for each role and iterate the process based on candidate / hiring manager feedback and suitably pivot or persevere.
