Dynamic and fast growing start up has an immediate opening for a qualified Bookkeeper / Office Manager with at least 2 years experience. The candidate must have an understanding of the accounting software Xero. We are looking for an organised individual with excellent administrative and communication skills who can fit in with a small, vibrant and growing team. Our ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and the ability to use their own initiative. A good demonstrable level of IT skills will be necessary.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
Financial administrative tasks as required by the senior management team.
Assist management with bookkeeping.
Issuing and chasing invoices.
Keeping clear and up to date financial records and reporting on them.
Office Manager duties:
Dealing with client queries.
Answering phones and directing messages.
Any ad hoc duties delegated by management.
This is a permanent position.
The hours will be 10-6 Monday-Friday.
The salary is 20,000-24,000k depending on experience.
