We’re ready to welcome a new team member who is dedicated solely to the success of our customers.

The role will involve fostering strong customer relationships — from people in small businesses right up to executives in world-famous multinationals — assisting them in adopting Akkroo, and helping them become more efficient and happier in their own work.

We’re looking for someone who will plan programmes of regular communication with customers, and be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships. A key part of this will be retaining and up-selling our customers, exploring with them new uses for Akkroo within their wider organisation.

A kind, positive, thoughtful approach to life will be important, as will be being an excellent listener and writer.

This new team member will plan, craft and distribute great written and visual content online and offline, produce engaging materials, and supply gentle coaching. They will also need to gather valuable feedback from customers that will help us develop our products.

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and precisely. Someone who is prepared to create things, enjoys technology and loves to help people.

This person should be able to take a strategic view and make their mark shaping how Akkroo does customer success as a business. The kind of person who is prepared to go that extra mile to ’make something happen’, and who would like the chance to grow their role in time.

Ideally we’re looking for a team member who has experience in B2B customer success or B2B account management, is tech-savvy and enjoys learning new things.
