We’re on the look-out for an exceptional and experienced Scrum Master to help us embed and evolve Scrum practices within our product teams.

We look for Scrum Masters with a strong ability to motivate and challenge, who can clearly demonstrate how they have kept development teams focused whilst facilitating the collaborative delivery of high quality software.

  • A Scrum expert, coaching the team to think, communicate and work towards a common goal.
  • Training and supporting the team to become self-organising and independent.
  • Using various facilitation techniques to enable collaborative problem solving.
  • Challenging the team, and encouraging them to inspect and adapt.
  • Striving for technical excellence in the continuous deliver of high quality shippable apps.
  • Thinking laterally and finding ways to engage and bring the team members together.
  • Inspiring and mentoring team members to improve the understanding of agile values and practices.
  • Helping to keep The App Business always a step ahead in the world of agile and tech.


  • At least 3 years commercial experience working in a Scrum team.
  • Demonstrable Scrum coaching skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of iterative development principles.
  • Exposure to and appreciation of other methodologies with the ability to leverage techniques which may add value to the team.
  • Understanding of the value of commitment to delivery made by the development team.
  • Proven knowledge of tracking velocity and responding to variable factors which could affect delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of BDD and/or TDD techniques, as well as continuous delivery.


  • A working background in mobile software development.
  • Undergraduate degree at 2:1 or above.
