To support our French-speaking Customer Care team we are searching *as of now* for a
*French native speaker as Customer Care Agent*
You will interact directly with our Belgian, Canadian, French and Swiss customers. Your main tasks will be:
* Answering questions regarding our websites in our French-speaking markets
* Working on individual user requests
* Consulting our customers via telephone and email
* Carrying out different actions and projects concerning the quality assurance
* Developing the French-speaking Customer Care department further
* Ideally, you have already worked in a Customer Care department, a call center, in the sales area or you have completed an apprenticeship in a commercial area
* You enjoy being friendly and consultative to customers
* Your strength is communication and you have a high willingness to help
* You are French native speaker with very good English language skills
* You do not mind working occasionally on weekends and holidays
