I'm looking for a Marketing Manager to join a well-funded start-up consultancy working in digital technology. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a desire to help shape strategy and content in a varied and stimulating job while gaining exposure to influential business and technology leaders.
Initially, you'll be the only dedicated marketing professional in the company. This means you’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks covering social media, digital, content, advertising, events, bids, presentations, database management and email marketing. You’ll be tasked with helping the business build brand awareness, shaping the identity of the brand and driving customer engagement and lead generation through marketing.

The successful marketing manager's duties and responsibilities will include:
-Developing and implementing marketing strategy
-Developing and ensuring brand guidelines and identity are followed
-Helping devise social media strategy, managing social media outlets and developing metrics to measure success
-Generating content about the digital sector for websites, blogs, twitter, LinkedIn etc.
-Assisting with writing bids and proposals
-Organising events and ensuring the best possible ROI is generated
-Ensuring website content is up to date and accurate
-Database management and administration
You must be digital savvy and have a genuine interest in social media, inbound marketing, content marketing, digital marketing and technology. Any experience within the digital and technology sectors is desirable, but not essential. It is important that you have some professional experience in a marketing role, but it is more important that you are driven, hard-working and have first class written communication skills.
