THE ROLE

We’re looking for an exceptional and innovative acquisition expert with a solid understanding of online marketing to join our UK marketing team.

As the Digital Acquisition Manager, you will define and implement a world class digital strategy to support our ambitious growth plans. We’re looking for a winner with a track record of driving inbound leads and with a hunger to trial new technologies and products.

You will be hands on, dynamic and highly commercial with exceptional analytical, numerical and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITES

Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement an online marketing strategy that delivers on our revenue and new customer targets
Be on the forefront of new technologies and platforms, and the development of strategies to drive online enquiries (through Display, RTB, Affiliates, Mobile, PPC, SEO and more)
To manage the day-to-day relationship with our various agencies and freelancers to deliver key online channels (e.g. PPC, Display)
Implement and continually test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns and tools in order to meet goals
Work with internal and external partners to evolve marketing reporting, ensuring all necessary tracking is implemented, tested and working.
Work with internal marketing, product and tech teams to identify website and product enhancements to measure and maximise conversation rates
Monitor and track competitor activity and ensure we are always one step ahead of the game
Work closely with the wider marketing team and other business units to ensure all digital activity is aligned and communicated
Control assigned budgets and devise ways of spending more efficiently, taking into account wider business and marketing plans

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing online marketing campaigns
Thorough understanding of online marketing and analytics; you’ve managed Display, Affiliate, SEO and PPC campaigns as a minimum, and will have the ability to manage them in-house where required
Experience managing a marketing budget independently
Need to be a hands on, organised individual with exceptional delivery skills
You will have a strong analytics mind that’s always thirsty for data
Strong communication, relationship and presentation skills
Experience in fast-moving, dynamic environments with changing priorities
Excellent project management skills; ability to multi-task and effectively resolve conflicting needs
