Fuse is looking to recruit a Scrum Master. This is a permanent position with significant growth potential.
Working closely with the Product Owner, UX designers, some of the smartest and most driven people across our business and customers from across many industries, you’ll forge new functionality that’s reshaping the learning industry.
You’ll be the unifying force that keeps our team of developers on target, ensuring we deliver amazing projects on time, on budget and surpass our client’s expectations.
You are passionate about delivery and making sure the every project is delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible. An independent, self motivated individual who takes pride in their organisation and time management skills. You’re always looking for ways to improve and sharpen your own skills through continuous learning as well as optimising the delivery processes and driving for better results.

Act as a scrum master guiding remote and offshore teams
Knowledge of Scrum/Agile and Kanban methodologies
Facilitate scrum ceremonies
Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
Strong communication skills and effective management skills to facilitate scrum process
The ability to create a team culture between the team members
Create accurate reports providing complete visibility and strong projections using tools such as Burndown charts
Experience managing, prioritising, tracking and reporting bugs, risks, issues and requests
Understand and have experience in the full SDLC
Familiarity with software development tools and cloud services is an advantage - Ruby on Rails, Linux, Github, Recurly, Airbrake, Amazon Web Services, New Relic, Sendgrid, Pandastream
Familiarity with software project management tools - Jira, Kanban, Clarizen would be advantageous
Open honest proactive Agile Champion, challenging the current estate and defending the agile values.
