Due to successful growth TLS Group is now looking for an experienced Recruitment
Consultant with experience ideally in Real Estate to help find the right talent to grow our successful team.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best talent for all departments within the company
Headhunt suitable candidates on a daily basis with 30% of time in the office and 70% out of office
Assist with recruitment requirements for all of our London branches
Manage and follow up interviews and provide feedback to candidates
Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that
appropriate checks are carried out
Min 1-2 years experience within Recruitment in Real Estate
You must be very target driven and motivated to achieve the very best at all times
Ability to manage your own time, as this role will require you to spend most of your time out of the office headhunting
You should be someone who is not afraid to being challenged and have the ability to deal with any situation
Must posses excellent communication skills and you should be very confident but charming character
