F# is looking to add a Web UI Developer to its fast growing Development team. F# is a fast-growing start-up in the social music industry and based in NYC with offices in London, Sydney, and San Diego. You must love creating elegant interfaces. You should also be music/culturally savvy with experience in designing and/or developing for the web. You must love perfection; have a passion for solving technical problems. F# is a close partner with Spotify building the next generation of musical apps.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implementation of web applications, specializing in the user interface of the product
-Technical support, be the go-to for the team to ask questions on functionality and real-time changes that need to be made
-Perform hands-on software development tasks, such as prototyping, feature development, bug fixing, unit testing and writing automated functional tests
-Liaise with developers on software design, dependencies and code maintainability
-Work with UX designers on interfaces
-Provide time and size estimates for project tasks
-Develop and promote best practice across the company

-B.S. degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
-4+ years developing JavaScript heavy applications
-1+ years working with AngularJS
-Extreme focus on usability, UI design and performance
-Experience with consuming web APIs
-Experience in agile development or scrum
-Ability to work with a company headquartered in New York City

Your Specialties:
-Obsessed with keeping up-to-date with the AngularJS community, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery
-Event based asynchronous programming, promises
-Strong exposure of building web apps that work across browsers
-Express or other Sinatra like frameworks
-Mocha, Karma or other testing frameworks

-Internationalization and localization
-Understanding SaaS applications
-Bootstrap or theme development
-Graphic design
