Boundary Capital is a growing venture capital company focusing on early-stage technology businesses, ranging from AI to life science to materials. It has launched some successful EIS funds and looking to develop those as well as a larger follow-on fund, potentially up to £50m in size. It has a unique model where it only invests alongside a 'Venturer', i.e. an experienced executive who co-invests with the Fund and also takes an active seat on the board to mentor the entrepreneur team.

Boundary Capital is seeking a business development-focused professional to help shape the proposition and also help to take to the market particularly high net worth individuals and marketing to wealth managers, IFAs and other distributors (both looking after the existing distribution which Boundary has, and also looking to grow this).

The potential is to become a full equity Partner in the business and get involved with investing in technology businesses.

The financial remuneration is uncapped and highly geared to performance (in addition to the equity). The basic salary is initially small reflecting the entrepreneurial opportunity.

Some experience of the financial services industry required, as well as experience or connectivity to IFAs, wealth managers, high net worth individuals and/or family offices. A keen interest in technology trends is useful.
