Customer Service Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service analyst to working closely with the Founders and Sales managers to build our brand awareness and look at new business development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an upmarket start up in London where you will be adding value and supporting the business growth.

As a Customer Service Executive your key responsibilities will include:

- Daily Customer service support during our sales hours (10:00- 14:00 then 18:00-22:30)
- Cold calling new customers to increase sales
- Brainstorming and developing social media and marketing campaigns to help raise/increase brand awareness
- Collaborating with our Sales Team to implement the marketing strategies
- Grow and improve our customer base following and engagement through various social media tools
- Day to day monitoring of our social media channels
- Identifying new potential clients and putting together prospecting strategies which will involve making business development calls


• Educated to degree level
• Social media management experience (particularly Facebook and Twitter) + Salesforce software
• Knowledge of Google Analytics/Heap/ Intercom / Zendesk
• Experience of working with content marketing
• Understanding of SEO
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Autonomous and independent
• Proofreading, editorial and copywriting skills
• Strong relationship management
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast paced environment
• A passion for food and a strong appreciation for Italian culture
