SafetyCulture is the fast growth, global technology company that powers iAuditor, the world’s most used checklist app. We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead all facets of our business in Europe. At SafetyCulture we are focused on providing our customers with the services and support they need to be successful and help to ensure their fellow workers go home safe each day.

We are looking to build out a presence in Manchester to support our customers throughout Europe. You will need to build and lead a team of smart, ambitious and passionate individuals who can help us accelerate SafetyCulture’s global growth and shape our customer success stories by providing customer support and success functions. In addition you will be required to build an outbound marketing function, develop budgets, influence our product roadmap and manage various facets of the business in Europe. You will report directly to the Founder, CEO and COO. If this sounds in your sweet spot then we want to hear from you!

A successful candidate will have experience launching businesses, building and managing teams, devising strategies and budgets, dealing with customers, liaising with investors and possess outstanding relational skills. You will need to clearly demonstrate outstanding communications skills, ability to work autonomously, quickly learn new systems, develop expert knowledge in our products and to THINK BIG! Ideally you will have a proven track record in entrepreneurship and in tech.

● Build a team in the UK, consisting of Customer Success and Customer Support team members, to support customers across Europe. If and when appropriate to build teams throughout Europe.
● Design and implement structures to effectively manage the UK team.
● Track region specific KPIs with the goal of doubling the percentage of company revenue originating from European customers.
● Manage overall relationship with key organisation customers in Europe, playing the role of a technical and strategic business advisor, and helping them get maximum value from our product.
● Activate region specific marketing initiatives to grow awareness, build and engage the community of SafetyCulture iAuditor users.
● Understand the needs of European customers (eg data privacy requirements, multi-language requirements) and promote these internally to influence the product roadmap.
● Constantly solve problems by addressing the multitude of unanticipated issues that will no doubt arise!

● Approx 10 years of relevant professional experience - prior experience in the mobile/tech industry, including in a team building or entrepreneurial capacity.
● Strong finance skills, with detailed understanding of budgets, capital raising and financial statements.
● Outstanding relationship and communication skills.
● Experience working with customers at all levels across different industries
● Highly motivated, hardworking and tenacious, with ability to think clearly under pressure
● Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; can work under pressure and manage competing priorities
● Ability to rapidly assess, analyse and resolve complex issues, and distill into simple and concise communication
● Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
● Outstanding problem solving abilities
● Well connected

● Package is negotiable and depends on experience - expect £80K+ and equity participation
