We are Fnatic - born in 2004 into the new world of electronic sports (eSports). Since then, our charismatic pro-gamers have won thousands of tournaments across more than 20 games, the most out of any organisation. Through these achievements, we’ve grown to over 8 million fans on social media, with 10’s of millions more watching our pro-gamers compete globally each month.

Our mission is to lead the new world sport into every household through contents products and experiences, with the goal of becoming the first globally recognised lifestyle brand emerging from eSports.

Due to the explosive growth of our brand and the eSports movement as a whole, we’re searching for the next smart and driven Fnatic to join our ride.

Where you’ll be working:

We’re developing a 4000 sq ft office in the heart of London’s technology centre, Shoreditch. Complete with a bar, coffee station, DJ booth and sound system, large projector, 3 meeting rooms and space for 50 desks - the new office will be a hive of activities. We’ll have screenings, press and media announcements, product launch parties as well as important meetings and partner visits.

The Prospect:

Fnatic is a hugely successful brand which is known worldwide, and this role is all about capitalising on the commercial opportunities that we attract, across sponsorship and marketing campaigns in eSports. Let’s talk about eSports as a commercial opportunity, since 2015 there has been a 50% increase in Revenue Growth, across Media Rights, Merchandise, Advertising and Sponsorship to $493 million, which is predicted to grow to $1128 million by 2019.

The biggest brands in the world are just waking up to the limitless marketing and commercial potential within this global industry, and we are offering you the chance to lead our brand and dominate the market.
We will be expecting you to generate new revenue streams from either your existing networks or through your own savvy and creative means, but bear in mind we are already working with some great brands such as Monster Energy, leaving you plenty of scope to leverage across these current prospects.

Your Task:

Drive new revenues for Fnatic, through expanding existing partnership agreements and introducing new commercial opportunities of value, via Sponsorship, Media and Player Rights Sales.

Create a deep understanding of our (future) partners needs, define value propositions for potential partners and prepare sales pitches and sales decks.

Define pricing and prepare partner proposals and contracts and lead negotiations until successful completion.. Since no prospect is the same, we expect you to research an element of creativity to these proposals.

Lead-generation, in particular for non-endemic brands.

Support the account managers with contract renewals and upselling activities, providing our partners with new opportunities on an ongoing basis.

Prepare and deliver commercial updates to the CEO and management team, whilst working closely with the financial controller to examine cost margins and maximise revenue strategies.

Work in collaboration with the Fnatic management team actively contributing to a wide variety of company tactical and strategic topics.


Proven track record of New Business revenue generation, references will be taken
Preferably Degree Qualified
Availability to travel internationally on a short-term and flexible basis.
Hungry, with a no fear approach to cold calling, visiting and proposing new deals.
As part of the recruitment process, we will ask you to prepare a short sales pitch.
A super healthy appetite to help grow our business to where we want it to be.
