UI/UX and Brand Digital Designer

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our team to work on a range of digital projects including native and web apps, branding and product design. This is a part time roll based in our London office of 2-3 days a week, depending on the successful applicant, with the potential to progress to full time.

About Us:
We are specialists in control systems, bridging the gap between app and the real world. Originally developed in the Audio/Visual industry, we now provide bespoke digital solutions to our clients. These involve apps, web apps, digital signage and much more. We work closely with our clients to ensure products meet their branding specifications, and now work with many large companies across multiple sectors. We are a small and energetic team working on many projects at once, looking for someone to complement our current skills.

About you:
You'll have a portfolio of work for us to browse, and the ability to demonstrate these skills on demand. You'll be able to work as the sole designer in a team of technologists, manage your own time, and produce results on short timescales when demand arises. Your primary skills should be in digital UI/UX, with the ability to develop designs to match both strict and vague corporate guidelines via design iterations with the client that you will manage. You will also be responsible for internal branding and product design as required. You will also be tech savvy.

Duties will involve anything and everything as and when the need arises. However, your core responsibilities will be:
 UI/UX Design for all internal projects
 Design and maintenance of Digital Signage layouts & content
 Internal branding and marketing material
 Product and packaging design

Key Skills:
 Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
 Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
 Experience with capturing requirements, wireframing and prototyping
 Mobile first design mentality
 A focus of structured workflow and processes

Nice to Have Skills:
 Working knowledge of HTML/CSS concepts
 Experience with Invisionapp / Adobe Sketch
 Motion graphics experience – moving posters, interface elements
 E-mail design/templates, and marketing exposure
 Knowledge of GIT
