We are looking for a friendly, organised and energetic Ops agent to manage our daily operations.

The Role:

  • Establishing professional relationship with our clients
  • Actively liaising between several teams to ensure bookings go through successfully
  • Managing all external communications: incoming and outgoing calls and emails to customers and temp staff
  • Solving issues quickly and upholding best-in-class customer service
  • Work hours between Thursday – Monday (9-6pm)
  • Improving internal processes to streamline operations


  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Care deeply about providing impeccable customer experience and hate letting people down
  • Take the initiative and very enthusiastic
  • Are a born problem-solver
  • Have At least 1 year experience working in customer service / operations / account management
  • MUST be comfortable working from Thursday to Monday
  • Preferably have some knowledge of customer service software (Desk, Aircall, Hubspot) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Love working with people
  • Strong academic background
  • Previous experience of working for a start-up preferred
