We are looking for a friendly, organised and energetic Ops agent to manage our daily operations.
The Role:
- Establishing professional relationship with our clients
- Actively liaising between several teams to ensure bookings go through successfully
- Managing all external communications: incoming and outgoing calls and emails to customers and temp staff
- Solving issues quickly and upholding best-in-class customer service
- Work hours between Thursday – Monday (9-6pm)
- Improving internal processes to streamline operations
You:
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Care deeply about providing impeccable customer experience and hate letting people down
- Take the initiative and very enthusiastic
- Are a born problem-solver
- Have At least 1 year experience working in customer service / operations / account management
- MUST be comfortable working from Thursday to Monday
- Preferably have some knowledge of customer service software (Desk, Aircall, Hubspot) as well as Microsoft Office
- Love working with people
- Strong academic background
- Previous experience of working for a start-up preferred
