We are looking for a talented and high-flying business development manager to join a small high-performance team working on a unique technology based service. This opportunity comes at an exciting point in our journey – with a functional platform fully delivered and a reputation starting to build, (we have already partnered with leading innovation centres in Birmingham), and we are well positioned to consolidate on the collective success of the previous year. You will be a forward-thinking, highly energetic and dynamic sales person capable of delivering self-critiqued excellence in your work as well as being a solutions provider. With customer satisfaction at the forefront of your mind, you will help deliver unique solutions to surpass periodic acquisition and retention targets.

Role Description
We started Liquidity Exchange with a single mission – put small businesses in control over their financing programme by delivering value, convenience and flexibility. This is a service typically reserved for bigger companies who can then exert favourable credit terms from lenders and counterparties. We have built tools to make sure SMEs get the best possible funding and credit deals from the marketplace. There are several exciting milestones ahead of us and we need the best and brightest to help us attain them. In this role, you will be contributing to the process of improving how SMEs access funding by harnessing the power of data.

> Identifying target client profiles, industry segments and business types
> Building pipeline of qualified leads, including planning and optimising the lead generation process
> Develop and implement innovative campaigns to acquire new accounts
> Execute calls, conduct product demos, manage pipeline of prospects and forecast monthly deals
> Although expected to work autonomously, you will be closely supported in working , negotiating and partnering with prospective clients

Ideal Fit
>Minimum of 5 years sales success in fast paced selling environment
> Proven track record of achieving sales targets
> Experience in SEO, SaaS and Digital Marketing within SME market segments
> Ability to thrive in performance-oriented environment with short sales cycles
> Desire to work closely with and contribute to the development of Sales Executives
> B2B sales experience
> Natural communicator

>£60,000 per year plus uncapped commission & bonus (pro rata)
