Who we are?

Hatch Enterprise is an innovative enterprise charity in Brixton. We support young, social entrepreneurs and female founders in South London in setting up their businesses, developing ideas and fulfilling their individual potential.
Between 2014 and 2016 our entrepreneurship programmes reached 350 entrepreneurs, from our local communities. 2017 will be an exciting year for Hatch. Not only do we want to grow our creative entrepreneur community but launch a brand-new women-only programme, supporting female innovators in reaching their business goals.

What we need?

We need a skilled, energetic and motivated apprentice, someone who can tactically spread the word about the impactful work we do. You will help us shape and carry out successful marketing campaigns that will transform our communications and relationships in the South London business community. This includes collaborating closely with our staff, while working on real projects that will help us grow.
Our ideal candidate is someone who walks into a room of people and can’t leave without making a few friends. Someone who is obsessed with social media and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with online communities and building relationships.

You will bring to us:

  • ‘Be a Geek’ – Passion for social media networks, marketing, online communities, etc.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in tracking social media analytics and reporting
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Commitment to teamwork
  • Interest in non-profit management and community development

Working week
30 – 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
Working hours are negotiable.
