Ryalto is a tech startup developing a better way for organisations to identify, communicate with and rank their external workforce. Our ambition is to be the communication platform of choice for the enterprise workforce, based around an extended talent marketplace. We are currently working hard in the UK health sector.

At Ryalto we are a small group of highly motivated and passionate people.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will create and lead our B2B & B2C marketing activities.

Role Responsibilities

1. Working with colleagues to create the company B2B and B2C marketing strategy.
2. Building the Ryalto brand.
3. Driving B2B & B2C app downloads.
4. Building relevant marketing materials.
5. Running social media campaigns.
6. Running PR campaigns.
7. SEO driven blogging.
8. Organising the sponsoring relevant events.
9. Leading agency teams.
10. Developing & managing a budget.
11. Managing our web presence(s).

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for somebody who enjoys the challenge that comes with working for an early stage startup which is trying to disrupt the status quo. We also need somebody who understands the day to day realities of working for a large organisation.

- Experience working in a very fast moving startup environment is a must have.
- Experience and enjoyment of constant change is a must have.
- Being a proven self-starter is key. We don’t have time for hand holding.
- A proven track record of creating and delivering both B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
- Happy to be a "thinker" and a "do'er" in equal measure.
- Able to juggle multiple projects & priorities.
- IT and health industry experience is a bonus.
- Understanding of the software development process is a bonus.
