Know You More is a social tech enterprise aimed at empowering purpose driven future in young adults.
We have created a digital engine for personal development and growth. It’s a theme park of experiential learning which the user navigates to achieve the life they truly want.
We’ve built towards a number of pilots with Universities and values driven organisations.

Our core, in it’s entirety, is focussed on people development and positive personal impact. So before we talk about skills, roles or responsibilities it’s better that we’re open and let you know that upfront. We’re a wee bit geeky about it. Personal growth, coaching, journaling, mindsets, TEDtalks, thought leadership, design thinking, even the odd motivational quote and how all of that can be be the catalyst to a purpose rich life. Excellent! Well here are a few things that we’d expect to see in the person at the helm of our online voice.
You need to be enthusiastic.... no. You have to love what we’re doing and our customers, first and foremost. We are a company doing great things, but we couldn’t do it without our customers ready to make a difference.

You need to have ideas. You’re going to change the world, so we want to see what exceptional ideas you’ve had before.

Be Curious. Comfortable being creative. Solving problems. Have a good gut instinct to experiment, test and push the needle.

Ability to work independently. The team is small and we work remotely so being self motivated is probably an underestimation.

Hands-on. We are a small team and everyone needs to be willing to get involved with tasks which may fall outside their standard role.

Attention to detail. As fluffy as personal development can be, so much of what we do is about interpreting data, analysis and trends.
Enjoy what you do, the wonders of people and have some fun making a bit of noise in the world.


You will be responsible for the look, feel, tone, cadence and storytelling of our brand through a variety of content including visual content, video and social media.

Your focus will be to organize and manage the content creation, delivering highly engaging, relevant and trust building content across a number of social media channels.

The audience is 18 to 25 and this will targeted at our online B2C market.

You are the goto for organic traffic and we want you to build email marketing strategies & campaigns to grow our brand awareness, organic visits and achieve higher conversion rates.

Build a suite of key metrics to derive recommendations for future campaign improvement.

You will evaluate marketing activity, interrogate data and analyse our customer base to paint a picture of our markets needs.

Some of this stuff you will have done before.

Experience in..
...worked with Illustrator and Adobe creative suite (basic knowledge)
... basic graphic design skills
... social media strategies
