We are a renewable energy consultancy & brokerage that helps businesses switch to planet-friendly, pocket-saving 100% renewable energy. We make recommendations on energy efficiency, and finds creative ways to educate organisations on how to be more sustainable.

We are a massively ambitious team and as such, are looking for a forward-thinking, energetic and dynamic sales person to join our small, high-performance team. This opportunity comes at an exciting point in our journey – with a reputation starting to build (we are partners with many large charitable organisations) – we are well positioned to consolidate on our collective success of 2016.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify target client profiles, industry segments and business types
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads, including planning and optimising the lead generation process
  • Execute calls, conduct presentations, manage pipeline of prospects and forecast monthly deals
  • Although expected to work autonomously, you will be supported in working with prospective clients
  • Develop plans and strategies for helping to grow business from existing customers
  • Keep the online CRM system up to date at all times
  • Monitor team’s performance and motivate them to reach targets
  • Keep abreast of the energy market, products and competitors

What we’re looking for in you:

  • A passion for helping to reduce the impact of climate change
  • At least 2-3 years experience of B2B sales/business development (doesn’t need to be sector specific)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Organised, confident and reliable, with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and the flexibility to deal with unexpected situations or last-minute changes in a dynamic organisation
  • A strong team-worker
  • Sound administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM or similar database software
