(₤30000 - ₤35000 per year)

About Weengs

We're the definition of a fun, fast-growing early-stage startup. We started 2 years ago as two guys in a flat, shipped 6,000 boxes without getting kicked out, running operations during day and coding at night. We've now raised a big seed round from top-tier investors and moved to a funky warehouse. Next stop? The world (via series A of course).

The Role

We’ve got a fantastic marketing team and our numbers are consistently up month on month, but now we need someone to focus on the analysis. Your role will be to help us understand our customers, measure our marketing efforts and support the strategy and implementation in order to improve our effectiveness. Your core responsibilities will focus the following 5 key areas:

Customer Insights: Identify, research and produce actionable insights (cohorts) on existing and potential customers. You will have access to our database (MySQL) for quantitative analysis plus qualitative data such as in-depth interviews and surveys of our customer base.
Market research: Produce and share compelling insights on the e-commerce logistics market, competitors, market share and opportunities to drive our strategic decisions.
Campaign evaluation/reporting: Evaluate the efficiency and value of our marketing campaigns against defined KPIs. Drive direction for exploring new channels and improving ROI of marketing budget
Key metrics reporting: Produce, analyse and share company key metrics reports (LTV, CAC, CPL, LTV) to the executive team that will help shape the strategy of the business.
Marketing budget: Drive the budget and the forecasting process of the business from the revenue side. Help set up individual budgets per marketing channel (Sales, PPC etc).

What we’re looking for

Analytical: Good with spreadsheets and a thorough understanding of CPL/CPA/LTV/CAC relationships.
Autonomous: Strong self-start attributes (Quickly take initiative, drive experiments, try different things).
Advanced level experience with Excel.
Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. CRM platforms, DoubleClick, Google AdWords, Facebook, Tune/Mobile App Tracking, Google Analytics)

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with all members of the executive team.

Why you’ll love it

There’s no question of where we’re headed and this is a unique opportunity to set our course to the stars.
A fantastic team who will listen to your every word, and probably act on it too.
All the tools you could possibly need - that’s right, the usual start-up bundle fresh from Apple.
Competitive salary with promising prospects.
High growth potential: we believe that great work should be recognised with even greater rewards; this will give you the unique chance to undertake a very fast career path.
