We’re a high growth start-up shaking up the billion pound men’s razor blade market using clever technology, quality products and a super-smart team. We’re looking for someone to join us to help wow our customers with intelligent, personal and quick-thinking customer service.

Over the last 2 years we’ve grown our team from 1 to 26 and built a customer base of 125,000 loyal members. We can only keep up that kind of growth rate if we continue to hire great people. That’s where you come in!

The Role Day-To-Day

You’ll be keeping our customers happy with quick, smart responses over email, social media and live chat.
You’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground – identifying patterns and trends in your interactions with our members and passing on that feedback to the heads of customer care. We are obsessive about doing everything better, and we need you to help us with that.

Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Has native-level fluency in English.
Is comfortable with technology and the web.
Has excellent time-management and organisational skills.
Is flexible, independent and willing to get stuck in.
Is able to thrive within a fast moving business environment.
Has an eye for detail, likes to do things right first time, and gets a real kick from solving a problem.
Would be able to work a regular weekend shift (details to be confirmed but probably once every couple of weeks and in exchange for a free weekday)

In an ideal world, you’ll have worked for another e-commerce startup, and know your way around Zendesk, but that it is not a requirement – we think the right personality is more important than the right experience.

We work in a great office in central London, with beer and cider on tap, and nearly unlimited biscuits. We’re a highly-motivated and friendly team, and like to celebrate the successes we achieve with a few drinks or a London landmark.
