You'll be tasked with the success of the Nitrous mobility programme in partnership with Transport for London (TfL). This opportunity affords high visibility and responsibility, as you'll work alongside the Nitrous founders, mentors and programme partners, helping companies achieve product-market fit, understand how to work with the public sector, arrange pilots and raise funding.

The Programme Manager is responsible for the administrative duties, operations, and the execution of the program. They keep the programme running working closely with the key stakeholders. Understanding of the public sector as well as familiarity with the early stage startup ecosystem is preferred. A willingness to learn and comfort tackling new problems is a must. We are looking for a Program Manager to grow with Nitrous as a global organization. This position is full time.

Manage relationships and coordinate scheduling of mentors
Coordinate and manage relationships with Nitrous corporate partner resources (where applicable)
Manage relationships with sponsors of Nitrous
Follow best practices and proactively execute outlined content and curriculum of the program
Identify areas for innovation and improvement around the programme.
Calendar management (mentors, talks, events, general programming)
Event planning
Recruit companies, vet applications, and assist the Programme Director with company selection
Be part of the Recruitment process for Nitrous associates and interns
Represent Nitrous in the local community; attend events on their behalf as an ambassador.
Proactively identify, engage and grow the Nitrous mentor community


Experience in fast-paced project or program management focused position
Strong interest around technology, startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital
Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experience
Experience in event planning and event logistics
Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities
Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations
Fits the Nitrous culture (people-oriented, adaptable, supportive, creative)
Excellent written and oral English
