Customer Services Manager

We're looking for a talented, creative and enthusiastic individual who can act as a brand ambassador and the first point of contact to our customers. You will be working as part of a small, active team and will be exposed to the day-to-day running of a fast growing fashion tech business in our London HQ.

The position is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for ensuring every experience exceeds the customers’ expectations. As Customer Services Manager, you will oversee every customer interaction and crucially, the entire customer experience from order through to delivery and aftercare. As a key team player, you will also have an active hand in merchandising, buying, managing inventory and sales.
