UI/UX designer needed for short simple starter project, will lead to more
at Appraisd in London

I'm looking to hire a UI designer asap to develop a survey tool which will be part of a bigger HR SaaS product. I anticipate this will be a 2 week project initially, with a good proportion of this to be worked in our Kentish Town office, London to help gather requirements and collaborate.
If it goes well, this could turn into a much longer project with other aspects of our app to design.
This is not mobile-first as most users will be using a bigger screen (ie 1200px+)
The product will be developed ultimately in HTML, CSS and JS (Angular) - but we need you to collaborate with us on sketches and produce JPGs/PSDs.
Please apply with examples of something similar. Specifically I'm looking for:
- a great UX instinct. It would be good to see anything you've created before that tackles a new UI challenge, or an old problem in a new way
- experience designing screens for admin-style interfaces in a non-boring way
- an understanding of how HTML works (as opposed to an iOS app) so that your designs take the constraints of the web into account
- any experience in designing for surveys or HR systems, or company-internal systems in general
- a good Dribbble or Behance account - please provide links.
- availability, willingness to travel to Kentish Town
