At One Time Gin we collaborate with some of the UK’s best distilleries to create limited edition gins exclusively for our customer base. We run on both a subscription model and sell our products as normal through our website. We've got a fantastic and engaged group of customers; keeping them happy is priority number one.

We’re currently hunting for a growth focused digital marketing ninja who has a proven track record growing businesses from an early stage. Ideally you’d be comfortable creating engaging content in video and written format (don’t be camera shy ) and are up to speed with all the tricks to get it read and shared. You’ll be comfortable running the numbers to analyse what has/hasn’t worked and tweak you’re output accordingly.

We’re taking a slight break from our current monthly product cycles to perform a re-branding exercise, make some changes to the product to create a more varied offering and move into an awesome co-working space in Hackney. We’re looking to hire someone NOW to prepare for our re-launch in a couple of months’ time.

You’ll be working directly with the founder to conceive and implement the marketing strategy post launch and responsible for any new hires taken on in a marketing capacity.

The role will include:

• Creating shareable content in both written and video format.
• Planning and implementing seasonal campaigns.
• Creating, measuring and analyzing ad sets across Facebook and Adwords.
• Writing copy for direct email marketing campaigns.
• Constant optimization of the sales funnel, landing pages and homepage.

The skills/traits you’ll possess:

• High-energy, driven individual with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in a data-driven digital marketing role, preferably in an early stage company.
• Comfortable publishing in a digital space. Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS and JS would be a big plus.
• A background in spirits marketing/sales or production. (Nice to have)
• Comfortable with the Adobe suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. (Nice to have)
