Customer Delight Associate (German market)

Bloom & Wild is looking for someone who is passionate about delighting people to join our team as a Customer Delight Associate for the German market. Working closely alongside our Customer Delight Manager, Germany Country Manager and our existing Customer Delight Team, you’ll be the first point of contact offering best-in-class service to our customers and helping us shape the consumer experience as we launch in Germany. Your main aim will be to ensure that our customers remain delighted with our product and service, and that our customer retention and repeat purchase rates stay high and continue to grow. We are looking for someone who will not be satisfied with the status quo, and will continuously look for new ways to delight our customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media). You will need to be able to work autonomously and independently. You’ll have a strong desire to see our business grow, and will work closely and collaboratively with the rest of our small team.

Specifically, your responsibilities will consist of:

- Addressing all customer queries over phone, email and live chat (sometimes alone and sometimes together with other Customer Delight associates), consistently delivering outstanding levels of service – Assisting with day-to-day operational processes e.g. supplier management, order processing – Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve our customer experience and new ways to delight our customers, and feeding back to the rest of our team as the ‘voice of the customer’ on potential improvements to our processes, product and technology – Helping the Germany Manager with ad hoc translations and customer feedback.

YOU – At least 2 years experience in a consumer facing company (preferably a start-up) with a strong customer ethos – Experience and aptitude with major MS office software. – Interest in floristry – Familiarity with Zendesk preferred – Fluent in German and English (with excellent written and verbal skills) – London based

Our flowers and content are design-led and fashion-forward – we’re the preferred flower delivery service named by Vogue, Elle and Stylist as well as with the UK’s top bloggers. We’re embedded in culture, trends in fashion and interiors and have a very deep knowledge of our customers. We source our flowers direct for quality and rigorously test them for longevity. We then hand-pack and deliver in our bespoke letterbox packaging which means your recipient doesn’t have to be home.
