- You ideally have startup experience/knowledge
You are expected to:
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate company value proposition through consultative sales process
- Develop and convert a constant flow of new, valuable accounts and project work through your own sales funnel and flow brought to you by team members
- Work with the existing team to refine sales proposition, collateral and marketing messages, ensuring maximum conversion on high potential leads
- Help to recruit, on-board & train new members of the business
- Identify new products and business opportunities, constantly refining tactical & strategic approaches to closing new accounts.
- Take leadership role early on in the business
- Help to refine reporting & analysis of potential customers
