At Gympass we are looking for talented individuals to join us as Partnership Representatives in our new and exciting venture here in London.

What is Gympass?
In June 2012, Gympass was founded with the goal of improving people’s lifestyles by providing flexible access to all sources of physical activities and has since been blazing a trail disrupting the Health & Fitness sector. We sell multi-gym memberships and gym day passes to some of the world’s largest organisations, offering their employees access to our network of gyms with the goal of promoting healthy lifestyles, increasing productivity and reducing absenteeism at work. We are present in more than 8 countries and we have the largest network of gyms and studios in the world with more than 20,000 gym partners in 2,000 different cities. These locations offer more than 500 activities including weight lifting, aerobic classes, swimming, fighting, dance, spin, yoga and many more.

The Opportunity:
Gympass are seeking highly-talented individuals to play a pivotal role in developing our business model in UK. As a Gym Partnership Representative you will be tasked with developing relationships with UK fitness leaders, awakening their interest in Gympass and establishing them as a partner in our Gym network. It’s one of the most demanding positions we offer and requires a very high level of sales prowess, energy, discipline and interpersonal skill, which, has a strong precedent of leading to further progression in the business.

What you will do:
•Map the market to create a portfolio of prospect Health & Fitness providers and create a tactical plan to engage with them.
•Engage with prospective partners via a variety of channels including over the phone and selling in the benefits & features of Gympass.
•Develop a strong relationship with the key decision makers, talking them through our platform and leveraging this relationship to sign them up as a Gym partner.
•Negotiate the terms of the Partnership and assist in contract completion. •Utilise our CRM to ensure a positive customer journey for our new Partners.
•Analyse KPIs to increase your productivity and scale up our business in the UK.

What you will need to know/have:
•Previous experience in a client-facing role (1 year minimum).
•Data-driven mentality and analytical mindset alongside strong interpersonal skills. •A passion for Health & Fitness.
•The desire to "hustle" and live "the start-up way of life" .
•Bachelors degree preferred.
