Today, Risk Ident has a strong B2B customer base, the majority of its customers coming from e-commerce, telecommunications and financial services. We have got an excellent market position and are financially backed by the Otto Group, Europe's second largest online retailer. The Job

As of now, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who represents Risk Ident at our London office based at Level39 Technology Accelerator. Starting in part-time, there is a good chance this role turns into a full time position once our England business evolves. Willingness to travel is not required.

Your Tasks

• Representing Risk Ident towards customers and business partners
• Research of potential new customers, business partners and markets
• Carry out both inbound and outbound telesales
• Prequalification of incoming leads and self-dependent administration of our CRM system
• Responding to all customer enquiries in an appropriate and timely manner via telephone and email
• Working together closely with the parent company based in Hamburg, Germany
• Assisting with general administration duties

• +1 year experience in sales, administrative or professional experience
• Friendly appearance and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferably English native speaker
• High reliability and problem solving skills
• Keen eye for detail and good organisational skills
• Skilled with Microsoft Office and email tools
