You have:

-At least 2 years experience in sales/business development
-Knowledge of the temporary staffing market or the hospitality industry (either directly or indirectly through past work experience)
-A strong track-record of delivering results and signing large clients

The role:

-Defining and executing the sales strategy to drive continued long term growth for the company
-Hiring, building and leading a team of target driven individuals
-Defining what success looks like for the team and setting team and individual sales targets and KPIs
-Monitoring the teams performance against the sales targets and KPIs
-Training, motivating and mentoring the teams to ensure they are exceeding their sales targets and KPIs
-Reporting to the business on a regular basis on sales performance
-Developing initiatives that drive sales, increases customer retention and motivate the sales teams
-Developing a sales and target driven culture
-Identifying, contacting and signing up clients in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, catering companies, online businesses, etc.)
-Building partnerships with large strategic clients
-Testing, tracking and optimizing scalable customer acquisition channels
-Co-ordinating with recruitment teams and operations teams to maximise customer satisfaction
