The Role

We are looking for driven and motivated sales people to join our expanding Contact Centre team. Due to the nature of our business, you will only contact interested customers so there will be no cold calling.

The data we work from is sourced through Facebook, email and web advertising. You will be contacting leads that are seconds old so they are as fresh as possible and just need your expert guidance to seal the deal.

Contact Centre experience is not essential for this role. What is essential is that you are a confident and outgoing person with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are hard-working and motivated, you pay attention to detail, you can keep up with a fast-paced environment and will be driven to hit targets and earn bonuses. Previous success working towards sales targets is highly desirable for this role.

There is a very clear progression path for individuals who consistently perform well. Your performance will be monitored regularly and reviewed for progression throughout the organisation.

The contact centre is responsible for qualifying MVF leads and making sure our clients are getting highly relevant prospects and that potential customers get matched with companies that fit their needs.

We constantly optimise our lead qualification process to ensure we are finding the highest quality prospects for our clients and this is one of the reasons why MVF has an impressive client retention rate of 96%.

Our teams receive clear training so that we know our product inside out and can provide the best information and support to customers. It is a dynamic working environment - on average we talk to approximately 2,000 potential customers every day which totals over 300,000 customer leads for our partners per year.

Our interaction with product users means we can also feed back information to our marketing teams to help inform how they prospect customers, and to our commercial teams about what our clients are offering help clients to close sales more effectively.
