Who we are

WellVine ( is an investor-backed health technology start-up providing the first online, on-demand platform for maternal and children’s healthcare. We help parents on the journey from pregnancy to parenthood, by offering the simplest way to connect with highly experienced and pre-vetted health specialists using on-demand video consultations – anytime, anywhere. Our health specialists currently include lactation consultants, maternal and children’s nutritionists and children’s sleep consultants, and we will shortly be expanding to other service categories.

We have a founding team of healthcare experts with vast experience of health systems across countries. Since our launch in 2015, we have built a base of happy customers and a growing network of experienced health specialists. We are using technology to transform the way people access health support – bringing choice, convenience and control to the health consumer. We are looking for outstanding talent to be part of our core team, and to help accelerate the growth of the business.

Who we are looking for

A driven marketing manager (full-time) to take charge of our marketing strategy – planning and executing across a number of online and offline marketing channels. This is the perfect role for an individual with start-up experience or a recent graduate who has demonstrated exceptional initiative through extracurricular and voluntary activities, and who wishes to launch and accelerate her/his marketing career in a fast-paced, challenging environment. We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated track record of getting people to ‘buy in’ to a product, service or experience – e.g. this could be in the form of start-up experience, or successful events you have organised, or a previous marketing internship, to name a few. The right individual will have the ability to progress to leading our marketing strategy as the WellVine Marketing Director.

What you will be doing

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns – to drive awareness and to drive adoption of the WellVine
service within our target market of parents and expectant parents
• Leading on managing our existing partner relationships and setting up new partnerships to drive customer
• Project management of a number of key projects, including partnership projects with global brands
• Event marketing (planning and delivering events)
• Developing our content marketing strategy, including developing blog posts
• Analysing results of marketing campaigns to refine our marketing strategy

About you

• A big plus if you have founded/co-founded your own start-up previously
• Track record of getting people to ‘buy in’ to new product, service or experience
• Experience of taking a data-driven approach to marketing, measuring results and refining strategy
• Self-starter with ability to think creatively to build brand awareness and win customers
• Results-oriented and thrives under pressure
• Passionate about technology and start-ups, and keen interest in health technology
• Enthusiasm and interest in our specific market of pregnancy and parenthood
• Confidence, charisma and ability to build strong partner relationships
• Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC and/or paid social marketing a plus
