Your Responsibilities:

As a SFDC Business Analyst / Product Manager at Delivery Hero you will have the opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced multinational environment.

You will be acting as a conduit between the business and CRM technical department, ensuring operational requirements and desired outcomes are suitably developed, documented and managed. Coordinating the various project iterations ensuring business support and approval throughout the lifecycle, securing business sign off upon completion.

Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce to the business in your projects / business areas.
Configuration within the Salesforce application including customizing; fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
Maintain security; user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights.
Maintain overall system configuration, change control and enhancements.
Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials.
Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups.
Support training of Salesforce to relevant project stakeholders.
Present changes/system enhancements and overall training to diverse audiences, including senior management.
Support the tracking and reporting of all feature request(s) and development initiatives.
Manage mass imports and exports of data.
Provide high quality support via both telephone and email.
Undertake additional analysis and reporting projects as directed by management.

Your Skills:

Knowledge of relational databases design concepts and management
Experience working within Agile project management processes
Proficient understanding of configuration and development concepts
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Outstanding analytical, business process and problem solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues; ability to think clearly under pressure
Flexible team player attitude willing to work, when asked or when project needs arise
Provide superior service in demanding, deadline-driven situations
3 - 5 years technical support for web-based applications
Experience with process analysis, ideally in developing and documenting; process flows, roles and responsibilities, defining requirements and translating them into system implementation
Salesforce Administrator or Application Developer Certificate a plus
Project Management Certificate a plus
B.S. or a B.A. degree or commensurate work experience
