DellvoXpress is currently recruiting for a superb field sales executive who has the passion and drives to reach the monthly targets.

We are a startup on a mission that is changing the way local business deliver to their customer.

We currently work with some big names who are already changing the way they deliver locally. This is a huge opportunity to be a part of a revolutionary company with the best payment commission bundle there is.

If you have experience working with restaurants and takeaways (Just eat, Hungry house) or payment scenes that would be perfect.

This is a very rewarding role for the right candidates. Reaching targets could be done by a 13-year-old following a simple strategy.

Skills required for working with us:

Ability to communicate with business out in the field
Field sales experience ( 3 years necessary)
Understanding of how the business works and it's needs.
A - ability to build a sales team
Ability to train a sales team
Ability to maintain and motivate a sales team
The ideal Candidate will be of the following nature:

Person must be confident, and able to interact with people whatever the situation.
Person must show a willing can do attitude no obstacles can exist.
Must be able to tell a story about themselves
Motivated by growth
If the candidate has a vehicle that would also be great.

The role includes the following:

- Field sales ( very important)

- Generating leads through various sales techniques.

- Following up and closing sales.

- Working with the founder to build expanding areas.

- Working with the founder to build a sales team.

- Meeting Minimum monthly targets.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role

- telesales

- face to face sales

- Cold calling

- business development

There will be no base salary - sales people who look for salary for security tell us that they can't make sales and reach simple targets.

We have a very unique and rewarding commission package that will motivate the right candidate to do well. We also offer an equity pool for the sales team so you will be shareholders.
A reminder that this is commission based.

candidate should be qualified to a university level.
