Pass The Keys is a VC-backed Airbnb Management company based in London that revolutionises the short-let market. We help Airbnb & HomeAway hosts manage their homes and maximise the revenue stream.
We are a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly growing company currently based in Moorgate, London. We are currently operational in London and 7 other cities in the UK. We are a highly ambitious company working in a fast paced industry, looking to expand globally. · Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and KPI’s.

• Pay: base salary £30,000 - £35,000
• Bonus: a clear commission-based performance bonus of up to £10,000+

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Sales Director to join our expanding Sales Department in a managerial role. You will report directly to the Head of Growth and the CEO. You will be working closely with the Head of Growth to improve processes, manage the team, and make changes to hit growth targets.This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual who is interested in sales, business development, hospitality services and having their own ideas for growing a business realised and implemented. The successful candidate should have at least three years sales experience, proven track record of leading sales teams, a ‘hands on’ approach, be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic about growing and developing a young team.

Preferred qualifications / skills
· A Bachelor degree
· At least 3 years of sales experience
· Proven experience in building & managing sales team, leading sales efforts and hitting targets
· Excellent written and spoken English. Any other languages is desirable.
· Be driven and results focused.
· Responsible, with a strong sense of duty and a customer centric mind-set.
· Interest in real estate, hospitality and start-ups is a bonus.
· Experience hosting or staying at AirBnB or HomeAway flats is a bonus.
