Launched in 2012, Rentify uses machine learning to arbitrage risk and provide landlords with a higher net profit than they could otherwise achieve, whilst lowering the upfront cost of renting for tenants. Rentify is always looking at hiring talented individuals to join our London lettings team, and are particularly keen to hear from those who are interested in being involved with a startup.

Handling inbound tenant maintenance calls.
Ensuring gas safety checks (CP12).
Ensuring electrical safety checks (EPC) are up to date.
Cost control to a property, job, and contractor level.
Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors.
Assessing and evaluating reported property maintenance issues.
Work with invoicing and payment systems.
Ad hoc tasks on behalf of the operations team.

Key Skills
Time Management: Prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good typing speed and accuracy skills.
Systematic approach with strong administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and punctual.

1 – 3 years working in a customer support role.

£23,000.00 /year
