Is socialising and selling your ‘thing’? Well, we're looking for an experienced sales wizard that can build long-term relationships with clients in many different industries, from pet food to wedding photography. Your goal is to help us turn leads into clients and to keep our growing client base as long as possible. You need to learn quickly, execute at a fast pace and exceed your own expectations!

- Experience doing sales and customer success with online clients.
- You have the experience and confidence to turn a large volume of incoming leads into sales.
- You can generate sales among existing client accounts, including upselling.
- You need to manage and learn from client cancellation and refund requests.
- You’re comfortable with calling existing and potential clients across different timezones.
- You communicate well with clients to understand their requirements and gather their feedback, and delegate accordingly to the relevant team (usually creative team).
- You collect and manage feedback from clients to identify improvements to the system and business model.
- You take a data driven approach to sales and customer success (for example optimising cold email conversion rates, minimising average length of sales cycle).
- You have an understanding of the social media landscape including KPIs, best practice strategies and new innovations.
- You have a strong desire to test, learn, iterate and innovate.
- You’re a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and confident with working independently.
- Highly responsive, reactive and a willingness to be ‘always on’ (within reason).
- You are fluent in English.

- You have a sense of humour and egoless ownership of designs.
- You have experience in a very fast-paced environment and can balance many tasks, priorities, and deadlines at once.
- You’re ready to jump between multiple job roles at once.
- You understand online customer behavior.
- You are fluent in multiple languages.
