Job Description:
We care about design, so much so our first hire was a designer. A year and two rounds of funding later we’re now looking to hire our second designer and boost our team.
We’re looking for a senior designer to come into our team to help embed a culture of design across the company. They’ll be able to do this by working not only on our customer facing product, but also our internal tools and brand/style-guide.

On a day-to-day basis you will: *Design beautiful, clear and friendly user interfaces *Sit with our development team to ensure your designs are brought to life in the way you intended them to be *Help embed a design culture across the whole company *Organise and conduct user studies to test ideas and research problems

Must haves: *A strong sense of how to create usable, nicely designed user interfaces *This is a senior role and therefore we expect you to have experience building digital products or working in a startup *Experience in handing off and working closely with a development team *Experience arranging user interviews/research sessions *Things which would be useful, but not essential: *Interest in print design (We’re an estate agency and you’d be surprised how much stuff still needs to be printed out) *The ability to write copy would be a great bonus as most of our copywriting is split between the product and marketing teams *Being a property company it would be great to know you love property even if it’s not as much as we do
