As a Digital Marketer at Fushi, you’ll use your analytical skills to help us manage and optimise our current ecommerce platform, and implement digital marketing across Google and Facebook strategies with the aim to increase the conversion rate of new customers. Experience with Google Adwords, email newsletters, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and ecommerce tracking is a strong plus.

The role is strongly analytical and involves tracking our website data and using metrics and algorithms to enable us to support and deliver our marketing strategy. We are looking for a logical thinker who is thorough, detail oriented and highly data driven, with an awareness of, and interest in, healthy living.

Skills we would be looking for specifically are: -
● Ability to understand and commit to tasks based on data analysis , verbal and written briefs
● Assisting Magento developers to ensure functionality and performance across multiple platforms
● Adhering to our brand guidelines and working with the team to produce strong concepts for digital marketing using relevant software where required, on brief, on brand and in a timely and efficient manner
● Work closely with our Brand Strategist to develop new ads across Google Adwords based on your learnings, analysis, and your experience.
● Accurate and consistently high standard of monthly analysis and data reporting relevant to our email marketing using Google analytics/Adwords and other web based analytics (website health/SEO/etc); the ability and confidence to present data with clarity using simple tables/diagrams.
● Create and optimise Facebook advertising campaigns with the goal to build awareness of the Fushi brand and increase online sales from new customers. This will include building segmented audiences (including retargeting).
● Helping to creating content such as web banners/slideshows/blogs/updating images/videos that engage with website visitors, lower bounce rate and deliver strong online sales
● Managing IT issues with customers and troubleshooting within office environment, liaising with host providers, manage and maintain external and internal backup systems
● Good written English, detail oriented, thorough, able to manage multiple priorities with consistency and total quality management on all our technical web materials, from the back end to the visual face of the brand
● Strong organisational, prioritisation and scheduling skills, excellent time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
● Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across our small team.

Qualifications: A digital or related university degree would be preferred but solid work experience would also be considered. Experience in Magento or an industry standard e-commerce CMS and HTML/CSS, Adwords, Google Analytics and Google shopping feeds, Facebook ads, onsite SEO, Wordpress, FTP Client, Photoshop, Responsive frameworks, coding (JS/CSS libraries & APIs). Comfortable with Microsoft Office, with an understanding of business marketing and how digital can deliver against a given strategy.
