Launched in 2015, Live Better With aims to make day-to-day life a little bit better for people living with cancer, across the world. Our mission is to provide cancer patients and their families with the products, services, content and community that can help address the side effects and symptoms that reduce the quality of their daily lives.

Our current markets are the UK and the US and our US customer base is growing rapidly! Our UK customer service hours are no longer enough to meet the needs of our US customer base so we’re looking for a phenomenal Customer Service Assistant to join our London based team as we start to build our US focused customer service team.

Reporting to our Customer Services Executive you will learn how to:
Understand the needs of our US customer base
Deal with all customer phone calls with a polite, sensitive and pro-active approach
Answer all customer emails & messages with perfect grammar and in a friendly and helpful way
Help manage our Twitter, Instagram and Facebook activity for the US
Compile metrics and help us develop our customer service strategy
Feedback problems and insights from our customers to our operations and marketing teams

You will be:
Genuinely excited to join a fast-growing early-stage start-up and shape the company’s progress
An excellent communicator – confident and articulate, whether in person, on the phone, or by email, and with impeccable spelling and grammar!
Supremely organised, reliable, dependable and able to work independently

A can-do person, with a great positive attitude, and lots of energy, and comfortable working at a fast (start-up) pace
Ambitious about contributing to the path of the US business as it grows

***It would be an added bonus if you have a North American accent

This role is based on 24 hrs per week comprising of 6 shifts of 4 hours. The hours can be worked in our office at Angel or from a location of your choice (as long as it is quiet and suitable to answer calls in). These shifts can be made up of the following:
Monday to Friday- 6-10pm
Saturday/ Sunday- 4 hours
The successful candidate will receive 2 weekends off in 5
